Double glazing has two panes with an insulating gap; triple glazing adds a third for even better warmth and sound reduction. For most Kent and Essex homes double glazing is plenty, but triple is worth it on exposed or road-facing rooms.

Our standard windows are A-rated as a minimum, and we can supply A+ where you want the best efficiency. Better ratings mean a warmer home and lower heating bills.

Modern sealed units and warm-edge spacers keep the inner glass warmer, which greatly reduces condensation. If damp is severe we'll talk through ventilation too, so the fix actually lasts.

Casement, tilt-and-turn, sash, bay and bow, in a wide range of colours and woodgrain finishes. We'll help you match the style to your property so it looks right, not bolted on.

Made-to-measure windows are typically ready in around three to four weeks. We give you a clear date at the point of order, not a vague "soon".

Composite doors are the go-to for secure, insulated front doors. Bifolds fold right back to open a whole wall to the garden; sliding patio doors give big glass with a slim frame and a smooth glide. We'll match it to how you use the space.

All our doors come with multi-point locking and are built to Secured by Design standards. Composite slabs also have solid, reinforced cores.

Yes, a full range of colours, glass designs and handle finishes. Most people match the door to their windows for a consistent look.

They do, thermally broken frames and quality glazing keep the cold out. Even closed, a bifold floods the room with light all year round.

Composite door slabs carry a 10-year guarantee, with hardware and glazing covered too. Full details are in your written quote.

It's a solid, insulated roof that replaces a tired glass or polycarbonate conservatory roof. You get a proper ceiling inside and real insulation above it.

Old conservatory roofs are freezing in winter, boiling in summer and noisy in the rain. A warm roof makes the room usable and comfortable all year.

Not necessarily, we can add roof windows or internal spotlights so the room stays bright. We'll plan the layout with you before we start.

Most conservatory warm roofs are completed in just a few days, and we keep the room weathertight throughout.

Usually yes, and we handle it for you. Our installs are building-regs compliant and signed off, so there is nothing to worry about later.

hup! is a modern modular building system, high-performance insulated panels that go up fast and perform brilliantly for warmth and energy use. It's a smarter alternative to a traditional brick build.

Because the panels are engineered off site, a hup! extension can be built roughly five times faster than traditional methods, with far less mess and disruption.

Many extensions fall under permitted development, but it depends on size and your property. We'll advise honestly and help with any application needed.

Anything, a bigger kitchen, a home office, a garden room, a playroom or an annexe. We design it around how you want to live.

The system is lightweight, so foundations are often simpler than a brick build. We'll confirm exactly what's needed at survey.

Book a free survey online or by phone. We measure up, talk through options and give you a clear written price, no obligation.

Yes, completely free and with no pressure. There is no charge for the survey or the quotation.

Size, materials, glazing spec, colours and any building work involved. Your written quote itemises everything so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

We offer flexible payment options to spread the cost, ask us at survey and we'll explain what's available for your project.

Your price is held for a fair, sensible period, and we never use time-limited "today only" sales tactics to rush you.

Free survey and quote, then a tailored recommendation, then a firm order and fitting date, then expert installation by our own team, finished with aftercare.

Our own fitters, not subcontractors. That's how we keep the standard high and the finish consistent.

We work clean and tidy, protect your home and clear up at the end of each day. Most jobs are far less disruptive than people fear.

It depends on the project, windows can be a day, a warm roof a few days, an extension a few weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline up front.

We arrive when we say, protect floors and furniture, fit carefully and talk you through everything before we leave.

Your work is guaranteed, with cover on products and installation. Exact lengths are set out in your written quote; composite doors, for example, carry a 10-year guarantee.

FENSA certifies that your windows and doors meet building regulations. As a FENSA-registered installer we register the work and you get your certificate.

Just call us, we're local and we come back to put it right. Aftercare is part of the job, not an afterthought.

Yes, we're FENSA registered, hup! approved and GQA qualified, and we work with Ultraframe roof systems. It's independent proof the work is done properly.

Yes, we keep your job details and certificates on file, which makes any future aftercare quick and simple.

Across Kent and Essex, including Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Canterbury, Ashford, Dartford and Gravesend, plus Romford, Brentwood, Basildon and Billericay.

No sneaky travel charges, your written quote is your price. If we cover your area, the survey is still free.

Yes, we're a family-run local business, not a national call-centre outfit. You deal with the same people from quote to aftercare.

Very possibly, get in touch and we'll let you know straight away. We're always happy to talk through a project.
